School Prefects Board is a leadership group composed of selected students who are appointed to take on various responsibilities within the school. Prefects are usually senior students chosen for their leadership qualities, academic performance, and overall character. The Prefects Board plays a crucial role in the school's daily operations, helping to maintain discipline, support school activities, and act as a liaison between students and staff.

Objectives:

  1. Maintain Discipline: Help enforce school rules and regulations, ensuring a respectful and orderly environment.
  2. Support School Activities: Assist in organizing and managing school events, clubs, and extracurricular activities.
  3. Represent Student Voice: Act as representatives of the student body, addressing concerns and feedback to school administration.
  4. Promote School Spirit: Foster a sense of community and school pride among students.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Discipline and Behavior:

    • Monitoring: Supervise student behavior in various school areas, such as hallways, cafeterias, and during assemblies.
    • Enforcement: Help enforce school rules and policies, addressing minor infractions and reporting more serious issues to staff.
    • Conflict Resolution: Assist in mediating conflicts between students and promoting positive interactions.
  2. Event Management:

    • Organizing: Plan and coordinate school events, such as assemblies, sports days, and cultural activities.
